70lbs in the last three years very slowly and still losing (wearing a 14 dress size now). I ordered a XXL and can get this on but have to really pull the ribbons out wide, but as months pass I will be able to tighten them so all is good. I am also large chested (38DD) and this has worked out great by having the cup section up top. The last corset I ordered was just flat and it smooshed me up out and all over the place, not attractive. I am very happy with it although it is a little difficult to put on; there is a zipper on the right side if you have the ribbon loose enough to zip without catching skin then someone has to help you tighten the ribbon in back. But over all it is beautiful, comfortable and sexy. Love it!!
